Alternatives offers a competitive and generous package of benefits to supplement your base salary.

Health Insurance

Alternatives provides a health and life insurance plan through AEM. Flexible benefits such as FSA and dependent care spending accounts are also available.

Vacation and Sick Leave

Alternatives provides a generous paid time off (PTO) benefit. This benefit provides a pool of time that can be used for vacation or sick days. Your PTO is accrued at a rate dependent on your length of service.

Holidays

In addition to your Personal Time Off, Alternatives recognizes ten (10) paid holidays per year. If your shift requires you to work on a designated holiday, you will be compensated for the leave time that you are unable to take off.

Retirement Benefits

The retirement benefit is a 401k plan.  Eligible employees may contribute to the plan on a pre-tax basis and normally receive an annual contribution from Alternatives equal to 4% of earnings. 

Dental Insurance and Disability Coverage

Dental insurance and short/long term disability coverage is provided to eligible employees.
