Yvonne has been with Alternatives since 2002. She has held several positions in the Jail Alternatives Programs prior to becoming the Community Alternatives Supervisor in 2004. Yvonne is a Montana POST certified Probation Officer. Prior to working with Alternatives, Yvonne held management positions for retail businesses, has been self-employed and she also worked with the Montana Law Enforcement Academy. She comes from Alaska where she worked with the North Slope Borough Public Safety & Public Works Departments. She attended college in Alaska and is currently working towards completing her degree in Criminal Justice.
 
Picture not available Lamar Clark, Lead Misdemeanor Probation Officer
Lamar has been with Alternatives since 2000. He held the position of Client Advisor IV prior to becoming the Lead Misdemeanor Probation Officer in October 2002. Lamar is a Montana POST certified Probation Officer. Prior to working with Alternatives Lamar was with the City of Rome, Georgia Police Department from 1973 to 2000. He held the position of Patrol Officer and worked in the Detective Department, SWAT Unit, Motorcycle Unit, Under Cover Drug Division, Traffic Unit, Selective Enforcement Unit, Radar and DARE Instructor. He was a state certified instructor through the Georgia State Police Academy. He received four Life Saving Awards and several other awards such as Officer of The Month and Officer of The Year and The P I G Award (Pride, Integrity and Guts).
 
Picture not available Danielle Althoff, Carbon Alternatives Manager
Danielle returned to Alternatives in 2007 in the position of Carbon Alternatives Manager after taking 3 years off. She began employment with Alternatives in 1996 and held several positions including Client Advisor, Transitional Living Case Manager and Job Development. Danielle has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Counseling and Human Services from Montana State University. She is a long time resident of Montana and hopes to one day complete her Masters degree in Social Work. Danielle loves working in Red Lodge where she has a strong connection with the community.
 
Picture not available Terri Sisson, Stillwater Alternatives Manager
Terri began her employment as the Stillwater Alternatives Manager in November, 2009. She earned her degree at EMC in Business Education and was employed for over thirty years with a non-profit program in northeast Montana specializing in: 1) early intervention services to families whose children are at risk for developmental delay; 2) services to adults with developmental disabilities; 3) resource and referral coordination for child care. Terri served first as a Family Support Specialist and later as the Disabilities Services Manager for the early intervention and developmental disabilities service programs throughout the agency’s seven county service area/four satellite locations.
