Charlotte Doney, Accounting Supervisor
Charlotte Doney is a graduate of Eastern Montana College (MSU-B) with a degree in General Business Administration. She has worked for Alternatives, Inc. since 1988 and has been in charge of the Accounting Department since 1990. Her husband, Tenny, and she are the parents of four daughters.

Karen Sinclair, Human Resource Assistant
Karen has been with Alternatives, Inc. since November, 1991. Before coming to Alternatives, she moved around the USA and to Germany twice with the military before finally settling in Billings and going back to college to complete her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in 1991. Karen currently holds the position of Human Resource Assistant.

Allan Maust, Chef
Allan Maust attended a local Culinary School in Billings, MT. His first cooking job was at Suds Hut. He then went on to work at St. Vincent Healthcare food services . Allan was employed with St. Vincent Healthcare for nearly 20 years. While working there, in 1998 he started his own successful catering business (Rent-A-Chef). In January of 2007 he was offered the position of Kitchen Manager (Chef) in Passages' brand new kitchen.

Lance Trusty, Maintenance Manager
Lance Trusty is a graduate of Central Texas College with an Associate’s Degree in Aviation Management. Lance’s ten years of maintenance experience spans a range of industries from schools to healthcare and retail industries. As Operation Manager for Rimrock Mall, Lance coordinated a three year renovation plan and implemented a very successful utility efficiency program. Although Lance loves his home state of Texas (Hook’em Horns!) after 18 years here he believes that Montana is “The Last Best Place”. Lance and his wife are certified flight instructors and aviation history “buffs”. He has two children, one at home and one beginning his life away from the nest.
