Charlotte Doney, Accounting Supervisor
Charlotte Doney is a graduate of Eastern Montana College (MSU-B) with a degree in General Business Administration. She has worked for Alternatives, Inc. since 1988 and has been in charge of the Accounting Department since 1990. Her husband, Tenny, and she are the parents of four daughters.

Donna Beutler, Purchasing/Contracts Supervisor
Donna has worked for Alternatives, Inc. for 20+ years, first as a secretary, then Administrative Assistant, and currently manages purchasing and contracts. Donna also assists with public relations duties and has a varied employment and volunteer background including 9 years as President of the Blue Blazers and Executive Director of the Billings/Yellowstone County Centennial Celebration. People and travel are her passions.

Karen Sinclair, Human Resource Assistant
Karen has been with Alternatives, Inc. since November, 1991. Before coming to Alternatives, she moved around the USA and to Germany twice with the military before finally settling in Billings and going back to college to complete her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in 1991. Karen currently holds this position of Human Resource Assistant.

Don Nagel, Maintenance Supervisor
Don Nagel has been in charge of the physical plant at Alternatives, Inc. for over 15 years. During his employment he has overseen construction of a maintenance facility, a 21,000 square foot addition to the main building, and the remodeling of most building spaces. Don has prior experience as a carpenter and with armored car services.

Allan Maust, Chef
Allan Maust attended a local Culinary School in Billings, MT. His first cooking job was at Suds Hut. He then went on to work at St. Vincent Healthcare food services . Allan was employed with St. Vincent Healthcare for nearly 20 years. While working there, in 1998 he started his own successful catering business (Rent-A-Chef). In January of 2007 he was offered the position of Kitchen Manager (Chef) in Passages' brand new kitchen.
